s.

There are 3 positions available based in:

• Eerste River
• Charlesville
• Belhar

The purpose of the Liquor Store Manager is to oversee the daily operations of the store ensuring smooth running of all operations, maximizing sales, and minimizing cost. Allocate and delegate responsibilities to team. Motivation of staff members to perform to maximum capacity. Boost revenue and develop the store.

• Store targets and profitability
• Meet and achieve budgets, targets and maximise profitability
• Stock management - Oversee total stock control
• Front End function Manage and oversee the Front-End function
• Staff Management
• Security, Health, and Safety
• Excellent customer experience
• Implement and manage promotional activities
• Perform all administrative functions related to this position.

• Give diligence in daily work habits without losing focus on the overall task at hand
• Commitment to delivery and quality.

• Grade 12
• Must have management experience, preferably liqour store exerience
• At least 2-year experience working with computers and systems
• Related qualification will be beneficial.
