About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Retail Associate to join their vibrant team in Cape Town . This role is crucial in providing outstanding customer experiences and supporting the store's operational efficiency. As a senior member of the team, you will assist with training new staff, handle complex customer inquiries, and contribute to visual merchandising efforts. You will be a key player in maintaining the store's reputation for quality products and exceptional service in the beautiful Western Cape .

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Assist in maintaining store presentation, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Support the store management team with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Train and mentor new associate team members on store policies and customer service standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing retail role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Experience in a lead or senior associate role is advantageous.
