JobPurpose
To fulfil the role of a product and brand promoter who will be responsible for below the line promotion activities for example instore, pro-mobile, brand campaigns, product launches and events
Key ResponsibilitiesThe core functions define the key areas of responsibility for this role, reflecting the accountabilities and expected outputs outlined in the competency-based profile. These are the primary activities through which the role delivers value to the business.
- Increase brand awareness by showcasing Premier Bakery products to potential customers in line with the brand positioning.
- Build brand trust.
- Optimize customer interactions/product presentation.
- To ensure full maintain and improve customer service levels as part of the extended Bakery Sales team.
- To support effective instore merchandising in collaboration with relevant merchandiser
To perform effectively in this role, the following minimum qualifications and work experience are required:
- Previous sales/marketing experience (6 – 12 months) - Desirable
- Grade 12 or Equivalent

This role requires the incumbent to operate in the following environments and manage specific physical or operational demands:
- Able to work in a pressurised environment.
- Required to work a 6-day week which may include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
