* A Grade 12 certificate/Matric
* Previous experience in a similar role/s within the clothing and or textile industry would be an advantage
* Understanding standard operating procedures within the sample shop

1.Customer Service
• Provide excellent customer service to give customers a great shopping experience
• 5 star customer service principles
2. Cashier Duties
• Process Card Payments
• Process New staff accounts
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the Supervisor
• Till balancing
3. Merchandising
• Process to separate damaged and non-damagedstock
• Count Stock
• Check that price tickets are always in stock
• Correct Pricing of stock
• Attractive Displays of stock
• Correct Hanger Inserts
• Correct Departments
4. General Housekeeping
• Maintain overall cleanliness
• Boxes stacked safely and neatly
• Clear walkways
• Products neatly aligned

5. Be alert and report any suspicious activity or shoplifiting
• Reporting time to Supervisor

6. Ad Hoc Duties
