La Granson International is looking for entry-level Retail Salesperson & Associates to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with matric who are eager to start a career in retail and enjoy working with people.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Help customers find products and answer basic questions
Process sales and handle transactions accurately
Refill stock and keep shelves neat and organised
Maintain a clean and presentable store
Support the team in reaching sales targets
Matric / Grade 12
Good communication skills
Friendly and helpful attitude
Willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Previous retail or customer service experience
Basic cashier or sales knowledge
