Senior Retail Assistant

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Retail Assistant to join their busy store in Cape Town . In this role, you will be a key point of contact for customers, providing expert advice on products and services, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will also support the store management team in day-to-day operations, including stock management and merchandising.

• Assist customers with product selection, answer inquiries, and provide expert recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain stock levels by receiving, unpacking, and displaying merchandise according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Assist in conducting regular stocktakes and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support the Store Manager with operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures.

• Previous experience as a Retail Assistant or similar role is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
