Retail Store Sales Consultant

Sales Consultant responsible for assisting customers with computer hardware, software and accessories, providing product advice, processing sales and contributing towards store sales targets.

Location:

Milnerton, Cape Town.

Salary: R8,000 basic + commission, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and identify their product requirements
• Provide advice on computer hardware, software and accessories
• Recommend suitable products and solutions
• Process sales transactions
• Assist with stock control and merchandising
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing and promotions
• Handle customer queries, returns and after-sales support
• Work towards individual and store sales targets

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric essential
• Previous retail sales experience
• Technology/electronics retail experience advantageous
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software and accessories
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Target-driven and proactive
• Good upselling and problem-solving ability
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Well-presented and professional
