• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates and assistant managers to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
• Develop and implement clienteling strategies to build and maintain relationships with high-value customers.
• Ensure the boutique consistently upholds the brand's luxury standards in presentation, service, and product knowledge.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to drive store profitability and growth.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-caliber sales team that embodies the brand's values.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand's luxury image.
• Manage stock effectively, ensuring optimal product availability and minimizing stock discrepancies.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a Senior Store Manager or Assistant Manager role within the luxury sector.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.
• Strong knowledge of luxury goods, fashion trends, and the luxury consumer market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a strong client base.
• Experience with luxury retail POS systems and inventory management software.
