Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities from within the office, managing customer accounts,
processing orders and maintaining strong client relationships.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Support the external sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
Monitor stock levels and delivery schedules to ensure timely customer service
Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance, procurement) to ensure seamless order fulfilment
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
Qualifications and Skills:
Between 3- and 5-years’ experience in internal welding sales, customer service, or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous welding experience will be an advantage.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
