A major player in the South African motor industry is seeking an experienced, hands-on, and results-driven Selling Sales Manager to join one of its well-known vehicle dealerships in the Cape Town CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively selling vehicles while managing, coaching, and driving the performance of the sales team to achieve exceptional results.

• Matric Certificate
• Valid driver's licence
• Proven experience as a Selling Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, or Senior Vehicle Sales Executive with leadership responsibilities within a motor dealership
• Strong experience retailing new vehicles within a franchised dealership environment
• Experience managing a well-known volume brand will be highly advantageous
• Outstanding track record of consistently achieving sales and profitability targets
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent business acumen and financial understanding
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and manufacturer standards
• Experience using Dealership Management Systems (DMS)
• Clear criminal record and sober habits
