Motus Retail Western Cape – Get Worth Richwood is offering an exciting 6-month Vehicle Sales Trainee opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to develop a career in the automotive industry.

This position is based at Get Worth Richwood Estate.

Applicants must live in Richwood Estate or within close proximity to the dealership and be able to reliably travel to and from the workplace.

Please note:
Due to the location and operational requirements of the position, candidates who reside too far from the dealership will not be considered.

This 6-month fixed-term programme provides structured training and practical, on-the-job experience to prepare you for a future career as a Vehicle Sales Executive
.

You will gain valuable experience in:

• Vehicle sales

• Customer service

• Dealership operations

• Sales processes

• Automotive retail

You will receive professional training and practical exposure while working alongside an experienced dealership team.

• South African Citizen

• Matric Certificate or equivalent

• Basic computer literacy

• Clear criminal and credit record

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Eager and willing to learn

• Minimum 3 months' retail experience
  , in any industry

• Must reside in Richwood Estate or within close proximity to Get Worth Richwood

• Must have reliable transport to and from the dealership
