New Vehicle Sales Manager job vacancy in Cape Town.
Our well-known Commercial dealership client has a vacancy for an experienced and driven New Vehicle Sales Manager(Commercial Truck Sales Manager) to lead their sales team and help grow our market share across the Western Cape.
They are looking for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys developing people, driving performance and building long-term customer relationships.
Previous commercial vehicle experience is not essential, as full product and industry training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of commercial vehicle sales executives
- Drive daily sales activity, prospecting, customer visits and pipeline management
- Ensure sales executives achieve their activity, volume and profitability targets
- Coach and support the team throughout the sales process and assist in closing key deals
- Develop and maintain relationships with fleet owners, transport operators and key decision-makers
- Manage vehicle stock, order books and sales forecasts
