• Matric / NQF4 or higher
• FAIS credits or full insurance qualification (based on your DOFA date)
• Completed RE5
• Own vehicle and valid Code B driver's licence

• 1+ years in commercial insurance
• 1+ years in face-to-face B2B sales
• A track record of self-sourcing and converting your own new business

• Hunt, pitch and close new commercial clients across your region
• Deliver consistently against new business targets
• Build lasting client relationships that result in a low lapse rate and long-term portfolio growth
• Assess new business risk and ensure your portfolio remains commercially sound
• Show up prepared, every client appointment counts

• A natural hunter, self-driven, resilient and results-obsessed
• Confident in boardrooms, small business offices and everywhere in between
• Organised, analytical and sharp with administration
• A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
• Proficient in Excel and Power Point
