My client is looking for a
Sales Coordinator
to provide vital support to the Sales & Marketing team, manage customer enquiries and help maximise hotel revenue.

• Handle customer enquiries and requests professionally
• Assist with hotel reservations for FITs, groups and conferences
• Prepare rate proposals and follow up on business opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer databases and records
• Support the Sales team with administration and reporting
• Assist with MIS and departmental reports
• Manage sales collateral and promotional materials
• Build positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Contribute to an efficient, professional Sales Department

• Diploma/Degree from a reputable hotel school
• At least1 year’s experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
• Proficiency in
  Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of
  OPERA
• A professional, proactive and positive approach
