Telesales Agent – Property​/Estate Agency

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum of three years’ telesales, outbound sales, lead-generation or appointment-setting experience
• Proven ability to generate leads and secure appointments
• Strong telephone communication skills
• Confident, persuasive and professional telephone manner
• Good objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and motivated by commission
• Strong follow-up and administrative skills
• Computer literate
• Able to work with a CRM system or lead database
• Property or real-estate experience would be advantageous

• Contact prospective property sellers through outbound calls
• Identify property owners who may be interested in selling
• Introduce the company and explain its property-sales services
• Qualify prospective sellers according to agreed criteria
• Arrange appointments between property owners and Estate Agents
• Confirm appointments and provide agents with accurate lead information
• Follow up with prospective sellers who are not immediately ready to proceed
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads and appointments
  
  Update the CRM or lead-management system
• Work closely with Estate Agents to improve lead quality
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and appointment targets
• Provide professional and efficient customer service
