Role Overview

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Representative to come and join our global business. Reporting directly to the Global VP of Sales and working closely with the Commercial and Onboarding teams, you will focus on converting qualified inbound leads into active new businesses for Fresha. You will be responsible for understanding the business challenges of prospective partners, presenting the Fresha platform as a means of solving those challenges and guiding them through the full sales process through to close.

What You Will Be Doing

• KPIs – Consistently achieve individual and team targets relating to lead conversion and revenue generation.
• Inbound leads – Contact 100% of assigned qualified inbound leads promptly and effectively.
• Qualification – Understand each prospective partner’s needs, business challenges, objectives and current processes to determine their suitability for Fresha.
• Selling – Present, promote and sell Fresha’s products and services in a problem-centric style selling approach, through discovery calls and product demonstrations.
• Conversion – Convert inbound leads into new partners by handling objections and clearly communicating the value of the platform.
• Sales cycle – Manage the commercial process from initial contact through to close and handover to the relevant team.
• Follow-up – Maintain structured and timely follow-up with prospective partners to drive conversion.
• CRM – Accurately record all interactions, activities, outcomes and next steps in the CRM.
• Partner experience – Deliver a professional, consultative and efficient experience throughout the sales process.
• Collaboration – Work closely with Commercial teams and Onboarding to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Feedback – Share insights on lead quality, recurring objections, market trends and opportunities to improve conversion.
