Sales Representative

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base, build strong client relationships, and drive sales.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

• Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features

• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction

• Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly

• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses

• The ideal candidate must have strong communication and negotiation skills, be self-disciplined, and able to work independently while managing a designated sales territory

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is essential

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing or a related field will be advantageous

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the stationery or related industry

• Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel is essential (must have own reliable car)
