Account Executive

Digicape, a leading Apple Premium Reseller and trusted Apple Business Partner in South Africa, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team and accelerate growth in the B2B sector.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding Digicape's presence among enterprise, SMB, education, and public sector clients by leveraging Apple's innovative ecosystem of hardware, software, and services.

The position has a strong emphasis on proactive outbound prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline, followed by full-cycle account ownership as your book of business matures.

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads
• Grow and maintain existing and new logo’s
• Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service and operational excellence
• Research target accounts and key stakeholders
• Support vertical-based sales campaigns
• Develop and execute account growth plans

• 1–3 years in sales, business development or similar role
• Experience in outbound prospecting preferred
• IT Technology or B2B experience advantageous

• Strong written and Verbal communication skills
• Independently leads and manages client engagements.
• Ability to research and personalise outreach
• Strong organisational skills
• Growth-oriented, coachable, and motivated by achieving measurable performance targets
