New Vehicle Sales Executive – Premium Dealership

Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 basic per month (depending on experience) + lucrative commission (average earning potential of R30,000 – R40,000 per month)
An established franchised motor dealership is seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Executive to join its high-performing sales team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, target-driven individual with a passion for vehicle sales, customer service, and digital lead generation.

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Valid South African Code 8 driver's licence.
• Proven used vehicle sales experience within a franchised dealership.
• Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Strong networking, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience using dealership management systems and CRM platforms.
• CMS and Autobird experience will be advantageous.
• Computer literate with strong social media and digital marketing skills.

• Sell new vehicles while achieving monthly sales targets.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to delivery and after-sales follow-up.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Promote vehicle stock through social media and online marketing.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and comply with dealership policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to overall dealership success
