The Business Consultant is responsible for driving revenue growth by supporting Partners and their clients withcross-border fund transfers into and out of South Africa. The role focuses on building strong partner networks, developing client relationships, and converting opportunities into executed trades.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Deliveragainst monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned to company strategy
- Buildand manage strategic relationships with Partners, clients, and keyreferral networks (including real estate agents)
- Develop and maintain a strong, active pipeline across regional accounts
- Identify client needs and provide tailored foreign exchange solutions
- Consistentlygenerate, progress, and close new business opportunities
- Support Introducing Partners end-to-end: from enquiry through onboarding, KYC, andtrade readiness
- Expandregional presence through proactive business development and networkgrowth

Qualifications & Experience
- REqualification and FAIS compliance (preferred)
- Relevantbusiness or legal qualification (advantageous)
- Proven sales experience, ideally within financial services
- Experience in FX-related sectors, including Wealth Management, Real Estate, Legal(Late Estates and Conveyancing) and corporate transfers
Consistently achieving sales targets, building a high-quality partner network,and converting opportunities into completed FX transactions while delivering aseamless client experience.
