We’re hiring:
Face-to-Face Sales Consultant | Cape Town
Are you confident, energetic and passionate about sales and engaging with people face-to-face? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team in Cape Town.
What you’ll be doing :- Engage with potential donors face-to-face at various venues
- Promote the organisation’s competition and encourage support
- Build positive relationships with potential and existing donors
- Follow up on donor pledges and commitments
- Handle queries, complaints and concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate donor records
- Work towards and achieve performance targets
- Represent and uphold the organisation’s brand and reputation
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
- 1–2 years’ experience in face-to-face sales, direct sales or a relationship-focused environment
- Fundraising experience will be advantageous
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Persistent, resilient and comfortable handling rejection
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
- Energetic, confident and presentable
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous
- Own reliable transport is essential
- Must be comfortable travelling regularly
