As a Sales Agent at Zusi, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our telecom solutions to potential clients within the SME sector. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to prospects, understanding their current telecom setup, and advising them on how Zusi can enhance their business

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential prospects within the SME sector to introduce and promote Zusi telecom products and services.
• Needs Assessment: Gain an in-depth understanding of prospects’ current telecom solutions and identify their needs and pain points.
• Solution Advising: Educate prospects on the benefits of Zusi’ offerings and how our solutions can meet their business needs.
• Opportunity: Identify and maximize opportunities by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation and daily talk time
• Database Management: Cleanse and manage the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and clients.
• Lead Generation: Generate new business opportunities and work leads set by the lead generation team
• Collaboration : Work closely with lead gen team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and to support the overall sales process.
