Key Accounts Sales Executive​/Management trainee

• Matric, relevant tertiary qualification - Marketing/Sales/Business
• Min 3 years experience managing Key Account relationships
• Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans
• Exceptional business and finance acumen with accuracy in quotations
• Ability to think on your feet and problem solve successfully
• Ability to build relationships and manage multiple key accounts
• Excellent with client satisfaction
• Highly organised
• Exposed to marketing to increase sales within the business

• Working alongside the Management Team
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients and increasing revenue
• Calling on Key Accounts for relationship building
• Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals
• Identifying new business opportunities with key clients
• Develop relationships with future key accounts
• Negotiation of deals
• Addressing and resolving key clients’ enquiries or problems
• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
• Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client
• Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts
• Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements
