You’ll work alongside experienced Sales Representatives and Merchandisers, learn on the job, build your confidence and develop practical skills to help you take the next step in your career.
YOUR ROLE: LEARN BY DOING!- Travel with Sales Representatives on their daily routes as part of a ride‑along team.
- Support sales activities and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
- Merchandise products and ensure shelves and displays are neat, well‑stocked and eye‑catching.
- Assist customers and help build positive customer relationships.
- Gain practical knowledge of sales, merchandising and in‑store promotions.
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales and merchandising objectives.
- Earn while you learn! Receive a monthly stipend.
- Gain valuable hands‑on workplace experience.
- Develop your communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
- Build your confidence and strengthen your CV.
- Gain practical industry knowledge and improve your future career opportunities.
- Position: Sales and Merchandising Assistant
- Programme: 12‑month full‑time internship programme
- Location: Cape Town
- Start Date: 1 November 2026
- Monthly Stipend: Starting from R4,500, depending on your qualification.
We’re looking for individuals who have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude, honesty and a strong sense of responsibility.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative and work as part of a team.
- A passion for sales, customer service and merchandising.
- A strong commitment to completing the full 12‑month programme on a full‑time basis.
- Availability to work throughout the peak season in December, including the festive season.
