We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Sales Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team within the insurance / healthcare industry.
The role is ideal for someone with a passion for people, performance and achieving sales tagets in a fast paced environment.
Location:
Northern Suburbs, Cape Town.
Salary:
Basic Salary + Monthly Incentives. Annual Performance Bonus + Pension Fund.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales consultants.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
- Drive sales performance and achieve objectives.
- Provide coaching, feedback and ongoing training.
- Monitor online sales activities and manage the lead pipeline.
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with processes, SLA’s and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years’ sales management / supervisory experience
- Call centre experience preferred
- Insurance / healthcare experience advantageous
- RE5 essential
- NQF Level 5 or relevant qualification
