CAREWORKERS

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting and leading Social Care Workers and relief staff
Providing therapeutic, child-centred care and role-modelling best practice
Overseeing case management, care plans, records and handovers
Supporting the supervision, induction and development of staff
Coordinating shifts and supporting the effective day-to-day running of the residential centre
Maintaining safeguarding, health & safety and organisational standards
Working collaboratively with young people, families and other professionals
Providing calm and professional leadership in challenging situations
Managing the centre in the Social Care Manager's absence when required.
