Hope and Light Community Welfare NPC is a registered non-profit organization with PBO status based in Somerset West, focused on breaking the cycle of poverty and abuse among vulnerable children. The organization believes every child deserves a safe, healthy environment and access to quality education, regardless of background. Its mission is to empower children to build self-sufficient lives, free from crime and prejudice.
Hope and Light supports around 400 children daily through an Early Childhood Development Centre, a Children’s Village, and a combined Primary and High School. Team members work within a caring, community-centered environment where child protection and holistic development are central priorities.

The role involves advocacy for children’s rights, facilitating life skills and support programs, and contributing to community outreach initiatives.
