Purpose of the Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer - Frontend, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of the Cyber Sentriq product suite. Built on Vue.js and modern JavaScript frameworks, our platform leverages AI-driven insights and automation to deliver secure, intuitive, and scalable solutions to our customers. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, customer-centric interfaces that support our mission to simplify and secure the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using Vue.js (or similar frameworks).
• Translate UX wireframes and product requirements into functional, elegant front-end solutions.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and contribute to the evolution of our frontend architecture.
• Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate in Agile sprints, contributing to planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation into the frontend experience to enhance usability and efficiency.
• Ensure all UI components are secure, scalable, and aligned with cyber security best practices.

• Minimum 6+ years' experience in frontend development using JavaScript, Type Script, HTML5, and CSS

• Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js is highly desirable; experience with React or Angular also considered.
• Proficient in building and maintaining Single Page Applications (SPAs).
• Experience with state management libraries (Vuejs, Redux).
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating microservices in Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Jest).
• Skilled in using build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API integration.
• Strong Git version control experience in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement UX/UI requirements with precision.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams with remote collaboration tools.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.

AI & Automation Integration:

• Exposure to or interest in integrating AI-driven features (e.g., predictive UI elements, intelligent form handling).
• Familiarity with frontend performance monitoring and automated optimisation tools is a plus.
