Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Hyper Dev is a funded early‑stage startup building an AI‑powered coding tool designed to transform how engineers work, learn, and ship. With a small but focused founding team across technical, operations, and commercial, we’re now looking for our first Head of Product (Founding Team Member) to own product direction and help turn our early foundations into a world‑class developer product.

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Hyper Dev’s AI coding tool and platform.
• Prototype, validate, and ship fast — turning early ideas into live product and iterating quickly.
• Work hands‑on with engineers and designers, and be comfortable going deep technically yourself.
• Obsess over the user experience — whether that’s developers using the tool day‑to‑day, or teams integrating it into their workflow.
• Balance technical depth and business needs — make pragmatic calls on what to build next without losing sight of ambition.
• Lay the groundwork for scale — setting up product practices and culture that will grow with Hyper Dev.

• 5+ years of product leadership experience with proven end‑to‑end ownership.
• Track record of building and scaling products.
• A technical grounding — ideally you’ve coded (Python, Java, or experience with AI / ML projects).
• Startup / entrepreneurial DNA — you’ve founded, co‑founded, or been one of the first product hires before.
• Comfortable in ambiguity, decisive in action, and clear in communication.
• Ability to bridge product, engineering, and commercial seamlessly.

• Have experience building AI‑powered tools or developer‑focused products.
• Have shipped products that scaled across teams or international markets.
• Enjoy building product practices as much as the products themselves.
