Senior Embedded Firmware Developer

About the Role

You will become part of a collaborative team of engineers who prioritize high-quality code, efficient problem-solving and ongoing learning.

• Develop and maintain embedded firmware.
• Write software for embedded processors.
• Create test plans and execute them.
• Support integration and testing processes.
• Assist with setup, configuration and version control.
• Create low-level drivers for hardware components.
• Establish and execute software test plans and unit tests.
• Document designs and test results.
• Contribute to creating software architectures based on system requirements.
• Assist with scripting tasks to automate workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Detailed understanding of C programming language.
• Familiarity with git and version control systems.
• Experience in software testing, debugging and integration.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, CAN, USB or Serial.
• Able to read electronic schematics.
• Able to work independently and within a small team.

• Master's degree or higher.
• Experience with Python or C++ programming languages.
• Experience with ARM processors or STM
  32 microcontrollers.
• Experience with real-time systems.
• Familiarity with makefiles, Eclipse, Qt or documentation tools.
• Background in engineering or technology fields.
• Knowledge of software qualification or certification processes.
