Compliance Systems Architect
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Systems Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing risk and compliance features for financial services AML/KYC workflows, sanctions checks, automated filings, and dashboards. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects that require strong technical skills, business acumen, and effective communication.
You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and deliver high‑quality solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 4 years in compliance systems
- Backend mastery:
Java (Spring Security), Python, Go - Frontend flair:
React / Angular - SQL & No SQL (Postgre SQL, Elasticsearch)
- Cloud chops: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
- Deep knowledge of AML, KYC, MiFid II, CCAR
- Bonus points if you've dabbled in no‑code tools or AI for compliance
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent experience
