Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join an elite R&D team developing award-winning consumer radar products used by cyclists, golfers, and drivers worldwide. You’ll be at the cutting edge of embedded software and signal processing
, turning complex radar data into seamless, life-enhancing experiences.

• Lead software and algorithm development for next-generation radar products.
• Innovate in MATLAB to design and fine‑tune algorithms - then bring them to life in embedded C/C++.
• Define software requirements, architecture, and detailed design for high-performance systems.
• Solve complex technical challenges with precision, from root cause analysis to robust solutions.
• Collaborate with international multi-disciplinary teams while mentoring local engineers.
• Drive integration, testing, and quality excellence through peer reviews and code best practices.

• Radar signal processing (CW & FMCW)
• Hardware/software integration testing
• PC tools development in C# or Python
• Advanced debugging and embedded hardware design

• Bachelor's in Electronic Engineering (or similar)
• 5+ years in radar systems, embedded software, or signal processing
• Mastery of embedded C/C++
• Proven problem-solving skills with clean, efficient code
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

• MATLAB signal processing expertise
• Familiarity with microcontrollers (ST, Nordic, TI, NXP)
• Knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C, CAN protocols and related test tools
• Experience with Git, Agile, unit testing, and TDD
