Senior Developer

• This role suits someone who enjoys hands‑on engineering, takes ownership of what they build, and is comfortable working across both traditional code and configurable / low‑code tooling to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
• You’ll work on building and evolving internal platforms that support risk, compliance, and operational workflows. The focus is on creating secure, reliable systems while balancing speed of delivery with long‑term maintainability.

• Building and improving backend and frontend functionality
• Developing and integrating services via APIs
• Working with data‑driven systems that require a strong focus on security and privacy
• Prototyping and refining workflows and internal tools
• Contributing to system design decisions and technical improvements
• Collaborating closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers

• 4+ years’ experience as a software engineer
• Strong experience with Node.js and React
• Solid understanding of relational databases (Postgre
  
  SQL preferred)
• Experience with containerisation and modern development practices
• Comfortable working in agile environments
• Exposure to regulated or security‑conscious systems is highly beneficial
• An interest in building tools that enable others to work more effectively

• Startup or scale‑up experience
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
• Exposure to automation, analytics, or workflow tooling
