The Role:

We’re looking for a UI developer who knows that frontend development has fundamentally changed. You don’t write everything from scratch, you use AI to move faster, iterate quickly, and focus on building high-quality user experiences. Boilerplate UI code is not your job; building scalable, performant, and intuitive interfaces is. In this role, you’ll ship production-grade UI at high velocity using AI as a core part of your workflow.

Responsibilities of the Role

o Build and own UI features using Angular, React, Type Script, and JavaScript.

o Use AI tools (Amazon Q, Cursor, Copilot, Claude, GPT) to accelerate development, refactoring, and problem-solving.

o Translate product and design requirements into high-quality, responsive, and production-ready interfaces.

o Integrate frontend systems with backend APIs and services seamlessly.

o Work with Python-based services where required (e.g., integrations or AI-driven workflows).

o Act as the final filter for AI-generated code—identify flaws, edge cases, and performance issues before shipping.

o Ensure strong component architecture, reusability, and maintainability across the codebase.

o Write and maintain meaningful tests to ensure stability in a high-velocity environment.

o Debug complex issues and optimize performance, responsiveness, and user experience.

Requirements of the Role

Technical Skills & Competencies

o Strong expertise in Angular and/or React.

o Strong proficiency in Type Script and JavaScript.

o Deep understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and frontend design patterns.

o Strong experience integrating with REST APIs and backend systems.

o Solid understanding of performance optimization, rendering strategies, and frontend scalability.

o Familiarity with Python and backend interaction patterns.
