Senior Software Engineer – GoLang (Supply Chain)

We’re building omni‑channel experiences for our customers, delivering end‑to‑end supply‑chain solutions. As a senior software engineer on the Supply Chain team, you’ll have a far‑reaching impact on the commerce experience for both customers and store staff, working in a dynamic cross‑functional team that aligns around the customer journey.

• Orchestrate the order through the entire lifecycle
• Build pick‑and‑pack solutions for warehouses and hubs
• Develop logistics systems, including our own courier service Bash Delivery
• Manage customer returns
• Handle additional supply‑chain challenges

• Collaborate with the team as part of an Agile development process
• Manage your JIRA tasks, removing ambiguity from tickets to streamline development
• Assist the team on operational tasks related to the platform
• Build relationships with developers, product managers and other colleagues
• Influence the team to build resilient, maintainable solutions
• Participate in the on‑call rotation for critical system alerts

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• BS Computer Science or equivalent encouraged (strong work experience can fill this gap)
• 5+ years of experience writing backend code and/or doing frontend work on web and/or mobile applications; primarily using Golang for backend services and Retool for frontend applications
• In‑depth knowledge of databases, data structures, algorithms and an interest in distributed systems
• Experience in a scripting language
• Great problem‑solving skills
• Passion for observability and monitoring of the services you build
• Experience owning the deployment process of services and applications in AWS and Kubernetes
• Ability to work effectively across teams to deliver results, with good verbal and written communication skills
