• Carry out regular team and individual feedback through monthly one‑on‑ones and twice‑yearly performance reviews.
• Lead your team in implementing best practices and processes.

• Build strong relationships and understand customer needs to deliver impactful solutions.
• Manage customer expectations and identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data security and industry regulations.

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering or related fields.
• Minimum six years’ experience as a software engineer in an enterprise environment.
• Experience driving a delivery team together with other disciplines to successfully deliver a product.
• A hunger to continually improve those around you through mentorship, guidance and awareness of what drives your team.
• A solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and commitment to clean code and best practices.
• Mastery of various technologies with the agility to adapt to new frameworks.
• Ability to architect and structure small projects within an enterprise environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a drive for continual improvement.
• A pro‑hybrid working model, working from the office on average two to three times per week.
• A strong customer‑facing ability.
