Accenture Products & Platforms for HR, Talent and Skilling (APP HTS) is a dedicated software business within Accenture, specializing in complementary applications for SAP environments. With a focus on enhancing SAP ERP Human Capital Management, SAP Success Factors, and SAP Plant Maintenance, APP HTS develops, sells, supports, and maintains innovative add‑on solutions that extend core SAP capabilities. While our 150 specialists in software development, product management, support and testing help HR and Plant Maintenance teams to make the transition to working more efficiently and effectively, raising productivity, and driving better business outcomes.

As a Quality Engineering professional, you will be responsible for enabling the delivery of high‑quality software solutions by applying testing best practices, automation, and quality engineering principles across the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and execute testing strategies that ensure product reliability, performance, and scalability. This role focuses on defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of testing processes, contributing to enhanced product quality and customer experience.

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery
• Collaborate with application developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality standards
• Identify, document, and track defects; perform root cause analysis and support defect resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality engineering practices, tools, and processes

Travel may be required for this role depending on business need and client requirements.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or quality engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile or Dev Ops environments
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Load Runner
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Java Script
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
