What

You'll Do:

Implement high-quality software solutions aligned with business needs.
Improve and optimise existing systems, ensuring efficiency and innovation.
Troubleshoot and debug large codebases, addressing root causes effectively.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.
Lead technical design sessions and uphold best practices.
Contribute to test planning, automation, and ensure accurate unit testing.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and IT Operations.
Document technical requirements and processes for knowledge sharing.
Participate actively in agile ceremonies and cross-functional discussions.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert in technology forums.

Requirements:

3 to 10 years of development experience.
Strong proficiency in APIs, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, Oracle, XML, Angular, PostgreSQL, Oracle Forms, and SOAP.
Proven experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting, mentoring, and collaborative skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
