We don’t just write code— we build solutions that create real commercial impact. We’re looking for a versatile, cross‑functional Mid‑Level Software Developer to join our growing team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–6 years of relevant software development experience

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with at least one backend framework (e.g., FastAPI)
• Database management experience
• Familiarity with Vue or UX design is a plus
• Dev Ops & Engineering practices
• Experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD)
• Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS preferred)
• Strong developer workflows and best practices

• Build across our tech stack
• Develop cloud services in AWS using Terraform and Python
• Build custom front ends using modern JavaScript frameworks and native Android
• Maintain and enhance app builds in Zoho Creator (Deluge)
• Work across our full ecosystem and grow into a highly adaptable engineer

• Take ownership of business outcomes and ensure your work delivers real value to both the company and our customers.

• Our users are often in‑country customers with very different technology experiences. You’ll need empathy, patience, and the ability to challenge your own assumptions to build solutions that truly work for them.

• Guide and support a talented team of developers. Improve engineering standards, mentor teammates, and help shape our developer culture.
