Senior Embedded Systems Engineer

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of embedded firmware and subsystem solutions
• Drive advanced debugging, root-cause analysis, and technical problem-solving
• Develop and execute system validation and testing strategies
• Manage engineering changes while ensuring system reliability and performance
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews
• Improve system performance through telemetry and observability initiatives

• Minimum 8+ years' experience in embedded systems engineering
• Strong background in embedded firmware development and system integration
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex embedded systems
• Solid understanding of validation, testing, and change management
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams
• Proficiency with Claude Code is essential

• BEng/BSc in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or Mechatronic Engineering
