Quality Assurance Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational software engineering and technology hub that develops cutting-edge condition monitoring solutions for the global energy and industrial sectors. The organization delivers sensors, edge devices, cloud-native applications, AI-driven analytics, and enterprise software designed to optimize operational efficiency and asset performance. Joining an international engineering team, you will utilize modern Agile, Dev Ops, and Quality Engineering practices to ensure software reliability and business value.

• Analyse business and technical requirements to derive test strategy and test cases from planning to execution.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across core platforms.
• Execute, maintain, and enhance automated test suites.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and business analysts.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.
• Validate requirements and acceptance criteria for testability.
• Support CI/CD pipeline testing and release validations.
• Analyse quality metrics and provide regular testing status reports.
• Contribute to quality standards, testing best practices, and continuous process improvements.

• Education & Experience (Must meet at least one of the following criteria):
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • ISTQB Foundation Certification (CTFL) or an equivalent quality assurance credential.
  • 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in a software QA/testing role.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Test automation experience involving Microservices, Docker, and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating and automating test suites within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI).
