Join the team and help build a business-critical financial technology platform used across the investment management industry. We're looking for a Software Engineer with strong C#/.NET and SQL Server experience to contribute to the development of a mature product with an ambitious roadmap. While the role is primarily backend-focused, you'll also work across the full stack using React and JavaScript. Working within a small international team, you'll collaborate with product, operations and engineering stakeholders to solve complex business problems, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality software.

The team is also embracing AI-enabled development practices, making curiosity around modern engineering tools and ways of working an advantage.

Core: C#, .NET, SQL Server, React, Java Script

Additional exposure: AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Redis, NService

Bus and ECS.

• Developing and enhancing backend services using C#/.NET and SQL Server
• Contributing to frontend development using React and Java Script
• Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Participating in technical design and problem-solving discussions
• Collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, product and operations
• Using AI tools to improve development workflows and software delivery

• Work on a sophisticated Fin Tech platform with a significant development roadmap

• 3-5 years' commercial software development experience
• Strong C#/.NET development skills
• Strong SQL Server experience
• Solid backend engineering capabilities
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience contributing to technical design and solution discussions
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline

• Full Stack development experience
• React and Java Script
• Experience using AI tools within software development workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with product stakeholders
• Interest in financial technology or investment systems
