Requirements:

• Matric, relevant qualification
• Strong, sustained attention to detail during repetitive and high-volume work
• Good time management and self-organisation
• Sound research and problem-solving: verifies before trusting, investigates before escalating; researches and makes informed decisions with good justification
• Clear written and spoken English
• Takes ownership of tasks end to end; asks for support appropriately; works well in a team
• Comfortable learning new tools and adapting as processes change
• Confident with computers and everyday digital tools

Duties and Responsibilities::

• Research and verify data across multiple sources
• Gather market intelligence to support the development of the dataset
• Capture and maintain data across relevant sources to a high standard of accuracy and completeness, including regular accommodation price and availability updates
• Apply quality assurance to your own work; identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and gaps
• Observe and analyse data changes across the student accommodation sector
• Follow data guidelines, processes, and quality assurance checks consistently
• Resolve issues independently where possible; elevate promptly when not
• Organise your workload to meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Communicate updates, questions, and blockers clearly; document your work for others to follow
• Support dataset-related projects and other areas of the business during busy periods, as needed
