AI Factory Solutions Developer
Position Overview
The AI Factory Solutions Developer is a hands-on role within Advania UK’s internal AI Factory, helping accelerate our transformation through AI.
Working alongside the AI Factory Lead Architect, you’ll turn prioritised business use cases into impactful AI agents, automations, apps and dashboards, primarily using Microsoft technologies including Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure and Power Platform. You’ll bring a foundation in coding, Power Platform or both, with the curiosity and ambition to develop across low-code and pro-code AI solutions.
As your skills grow, you’ll take on increasingly complex solutions involving generative AI, APIs, MCP tools, Copilot extensions and Azure-hosted applications, while learning directly from experienced architects and AI specialists.
You’ll build within established architecture and standards, contribute to testing and use-case discovery, and support Advania’s wider AI community by sharing approved templates and patterns, creating a strong career path to grow your technical expertise within AI.
