Lead Machine Learning Engineer - MLOps Specialist

. This critical role will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining scalable machine learning systems and infrastructure. You will play a key part in bridging the gap between data science and production environments, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of our AI solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned engineer with a deep understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including model deployment, monitoring, and automation.

• Design, build, and manage robust MLOps pipelines for automated model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure for deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Implement CI/CD practices for machine learning workflows.
• Monitor model performance in production, identify drift, and trigger retraining or updates as needed.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to ensure smooth integration of models into existing systems.
• Optimize ML infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

• Automate model validation, testing, and versioning.
• Contribute to the architectural decisions for the ML platform.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on machine learning engineering and MLOps.
• Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end MLOps pipelines.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services (e.g., Sage Maker, Azure ML, Vertex AI).
• Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions).
• Familiarity with data pipelines and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and testing.
