Senior Full Stack Engineer

• You solve challenging software engineering problems in a wide variety of projects for well-known, large German and South African clients.

• You develop high performing frontend and backend solution using primarily Java and React.

• You design, develop and implement robust software solutions by applying AI agent- based development methods and tools throughout the software development process.

• You write well-designed, testable, efficient and readable code that meets both internal and customer standards, and you deliver software that is thoroughly tested and debugged.

• You contribute to code reviews, performance tuning and CI/CD practices, and help raise the team’s engineering standards.

• You review and validate AI-generated code with a critical eye - understanding failure modes, common hallucinations, and quality indicators

• You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in professional software development, including hands-on experience with Java and React.

• You enjoy working with agile methods such as Scrum or Design Thinking.

• You are proactive, pragmatic and team-oriented, with strong collaboration and communication skills and a drive for continual improvement.
