Key Responsibilities

Lead the frontend development team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
Design, develop, and maintain highly responsive and performant web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, functional code, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
Architect and implement scalable and maintainable frontend solutions.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs.
Champion and implement frontend best practices, including accessibility standards (WCAG).
Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in professional frontend development.
Proven experience leading a development team or mentoring junior developers.
Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

In-depth knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Angular).
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex).
Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Parcel, or Vite.
