• Define and evolve the overall software architecture for automotive systems, adhering to industry standards (e.g., AUTOSAR, ISO 26262).
• Develop high-level software designs and specifications for new vehicle features and platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical direction and fostering best practices.
• Oversee the implementation of software components, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers, systems engineers, and product managers to ensure alignment between software and system requirements.
• Evaluate and select appropriate software technologies, tools, and frameworks for automotive applications.
• Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in automotive software and embedded systems.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in software development, with a significant focus on automotive embedded systems.
• Proven experience as a Software Architect or Technical Lead in the automotive industry.
• Deep understanding of AUTOSAR, RTOS, and automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet).
• Proficiency in C/C++ and experience with scripting languages.
• Knowledge of functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity principles in automotive.
• Experience with model-based design and simulation tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
