Fleet Controller

The primary responsibility is to assist the Logistics Manager with day-to-day fleet management tasks such as procurement, reporting, co-coordinating, administration and controlling whilst maintaining and implementing company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as to monitor and run the fleet efficiently with the best fuel consumption possible per route. To monitor driver’s performance through the systems provided and keeping record of driver’s performance and incidents.

The supervisor will also be responsible for taking required disciplinary action against employees.
