Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver parcels, packages, and documents to customers within the assigned routes.
- Ensure deliveries and collections are completed accurately and on time.
- Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery.
- Load and unload goods safely and securely.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition.
- Adhere to all road traffic laws, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, trip logs, and fuel records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
- Always safeguard company property and customer consignments.
